Default Coleman Roadtrip Portable 3-Burner Propane Gas BBQ Grill with a Folding Cart Stand Question

https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/c...w.ds#store=637

Does anyone have this. It was on sale today for $100 off and had good reviews and priced well compared to competitors. 20,000 btu seems good as well as some swap burner accessories to pick up as needed.

But what I was looking at was some folks selling used ones… for basically what I paid new… had wrapped the inside in aluminum foil. Anyone do that with a portable bbq?

I had an older version of it and hated it. This one looks a bit taller, though. May not be as hot. The one I had even on low was way too hot for me.

Hopefully it’s been improved since. This one was rated well everywhere I looked.

Just thinking of tricks to keep it cleaner.

We bought one to put in with our hunting stuff. It never got hot enough. I think we put it in a garage sale.

To me they take up a lot of space.

Get yourself a Weber Q and don’t look back.
I have one here at the house and the small one for camping.

Had one about 10-12 years ago. Piece of junk then. Did not have any decent temp control. Either to hot or not hot enough. Maybe they've made them better since than. Went with it because of the Coleman badge on it.

I also had one and ditched it after one trip. Went back to my ole classic Colman stove.

Yeah I agree. Had the older version coleman for a few years like others have also said and it is an ok grill. My big issue was it was some pain in the %$$#@# to clean it. We are a family of 4 and did a lot of road trips years back and I cooked everyday. A pain loading and unloading in the front storage compartment on the fifthwheel. Went to a Weber Q and line with tinfoil and 10 years strong. Much easier for loading and unloading too. And that coleman is still pricy!!!!!

My parents have used one as their primary BBQ for about 10 years. Works great.

It's just the two of them.

I’ve seen people line the inside of this one with tin foil.

I like the idea of it having a stand so frees up some room on the picnic table.
