undersubcribed moose tag dumb question

Ok I have been reading the draw booklet and can't figure it out. When is the season for drowning code 33u antlered moose. I asume it is November 1st but can't find the info.

What's a drowning code, and I've never seen a draw code in Alberta with a letter in it.

There is no draw code 33u.

Actually all the undersubscribed draw codes have a letter in them, and 33u is for antlered moose.
It's probably me, but it seems that they make the draws much more complicated then they have to be. You also need the original draw book to figure out which is what season for undersubscribed.

It is way too complicated. It is really daunting for a first time hunter trying to figure this out.
