I am assuming you want big water planner boards ....
I built some using 6" Cedar decking ..... and some light weight aluminum braces the millright at work fabbed up for me .... if you are interested in something this size let me know I will measure them up and take a few more photos. I still have some braces if you are in the Edmonton Area if you are interested.
A couple things - leading edge is cut 30 degrees inboard, top support rail high, back one low, several mounting holes drilled to tune it, will need a mast and/or solid way of mounting it as these pull nice and hard. You can get them out over 100' and they stay true and the line is tight enough to use multiple releases (lines) without sagging at all and buoyant enough to run big divers or dipsies if you want to. Also inboard is set back of outboard to allow it to properly pull away from boat (but you probably know that).
