I am looking for assistance/procedure/ setting to retrieve an important email from my Sent Folder.

It appears my Sent folder is being automatically emptied at the end of the month. Looking for an email from November.

I have tried using the Search function for older messages to no avail.

Have been using Exploder because Chrome keeps crashing on me

I know-I know

Did I mention that I am old?

You should have an option in your email dashboard that has your deleted items.
