Default BRNO - CZ Shotguns, are there any dealers in Alberta/Canada?

I have beentrying to find a dealer(s) for BRNO-CZ shotguns in Canada (I am interested in the Wingshooter Deluxe 12-28" O/U) but can only find US dealers.

Is anyone aware of a Canadian dealer?

I used a BRNO back in the 1970's and it was a nice field gun, but didn't have an interchangeable choke system, which the newer models do have.

Call Oudo at Flys Etc in High River, he might be able to order you one.

WSS is a dealer but they need to have a large order to order them as in their contracts with distributers. Smaller places like flys can order single guns. Don't mean to step on your reply

Clay at Prohet river often has them in, and can order them for you.

They are no longer Checz made guns, they are made by Huglu now, in Turkey, but are a very good gun for the money.
I've owned and shot several.

Hi Cat,

Thanks. I had assumed they were still made in Czechoslovakia. Do you know if therer is any relationship with these and Stoegers Turkish guns? I have a Stoeger Condor Field combo 12/20 and for the money they are good guns, but I want another o/u as I can lend my Condor to my son for upland birds.

Guess it is a bit of nostalgia for me to get a BRNO again, just like my having to get a Browning Auto 5 again a couple years ago, as the Auto 5 was my first semi-auto back in the late 1960's.

I am just getting back into upland hunting, having gained access to some decent grouse hunting near me. As well, my son and I will be doing some released pheasant hunting in October, December and January this fall/winter.

I will check with WSS and Prophet River Arms.

As an after thought, I will be in Ronan Mt in another 10 days and will check out at Ronan Sports and Western,a BRNO-CZ dealer to see if they have any, just to see for sure what they feel like and if I still want one, I will see which Alberta dealer can get one in for me.

The stoegars are made by a different outfit as far as I know.
I've shoot a few , ad although they are nice guns, i prefer the Huglu /CZ guns to them.

I didn't know UFA carried guns. I will be passing by Red Deer on Monday on route to Lethbridge, if I have time, I will drop in to UFA.

Does UFA carry the same guns as WSS, seing they are the same ownership?

I must check my local CT, they have just started carrying guns. They only had the display cases half filled last time I checked, but the guy I spoke to said they were getting more in although he wasn't sure what they were waiting on.

I will check BP on my way back from Montana as well.
