Default WT hunting in 318/320 advice

Any advice on hunting whitetail in 318/320 most likely crown land. This is my first year hunting in Alberta looking mostly for places to avoid or check out. I was heading to Caroline area and I don't want to get into trouble out there by myself. I don't know Alberta well so any help is appreciated.

1) get the county map
2) download the iHunter app
3) get out on the boots and make some tracks

Tons of hunt-able land in those two WMU's, with plenty of deer. (People too)

Gluck.

Went out today to do some "hunting" with my 7 yr old daughter today. Area seems promising and we scouted a fair bit of area. We will see what happens. I'm not overly worried about pulling the trigger this year but seeing these areas in person is invaluable. Also I'm a little jealous there's a lot more trees here than in Sask haha

In the woods. Shouldn't be hard to find. There are enough there.

Tons of people hunting that area. Better early in the season from what I've found.
