Default Hanging a Bear Rug?

Evening,
I have a couple bear rugs that I need to hang on the wall. Wondering if there are any special tips, or do I just find the studs and nail em on.
Thanks' in advance,
Ken

I just used finishing nails around the edge to hang mine on the wall.

I just use thumb tacs the same color as the backing. Make sure you use enough of them though..

I used extra long tacks, I think they are called upholstery tacks, half inch. You can get them at most hardware stores. If you use regular tacks you will be cursing up a blue streak before long.

I have used small finishing nails, pounded right through the leather of the upper paws! And then through the backing of the head portion. Worked for me, and unnoticeable

If your taxidermist is worth his salt, he'll have put hanger loops in the right places.

"Yes Dear" said they are more fun on the floor and you're less likely to fall off.
