anybody fished the mountain rivers yet?

have any of you been out to the mountain rivers and streams yet?
are they still running high? i'm thinking that the high country still has a lot of snow what with the cool weather we've had this year, i'm heading up to the ram in a couple of weeks and i've got a feeling it's gonna be tough sledding.
