Well I just about am finished my first batch of jerk, ever!
Its goose jerky and the first and second taste tests proved very well , mmmmmmm just needs a lil more time. But so far soooo good

Well its friggen awesome, I am contemplating cutting up my own deer this year and donating it to the jerky cause. Its not as dawnting of a task as I figured . Im happy it turned out cant wait for next goose season. This is an unimportant thread but I had to let you all know. had to. its so good even the wife will love it (she has this mental thing about eating wild game)
