Default Iosegun

Got tags for some Iosegun Lake walleye Fished this lake as a kid all the time but have not been there in 12-15 years. Anyone know what the lake conditions (water level, algae, boat launch) are? I know we will find fish but looks like Aug.19 may be the only day I can get out there this summer. Just getting excited as I have only got the new boat out once since I bought it.

We were out on the July long weekend and we're tagged out in a day (12 tags)! If it's your first time on the lake with a new boat be aware that there are several large deadheads in the middle of the Lake. They are invisible if it's a bit rough. Take it slow and remember the locations and have fun!

PS we found them in 10-12' between the deadheads and the new derrik on the north Shore.

Iosegun is on tags now? Since when? Did it winter kill or something? I was there about 6 years ago and it was completely overrun by skinny, undersized walleye, why on earth would they put it on tags?

Yup....Smoke and Iosegun have started on tags this year.

I have had good luck there in front of the creek that flows in casting floating rapalas and trolling white jigs.
