Kuiu Rain pant sizing

Howdy,
Can anybody give me an idea or experience on their rain pant sizing?
Their 36" pants fit me , just not sure how they size their rain gear ( if they consider layering or not)

Which ones are you looking at?
I just got the kutana set
I wear 36 pants also and the xl fits good over top
Same with xl for the jacket
If your looking to layer more Id size up

Actually just got to try on a pair that a friend has.. XL is the size. Glad I tried because I woulda went XXL as I wear XXL for the jackets.
