$140,000,000 Health Spa coming to North Battleford!!!
The land has been bought, as have the people that are going to use it, and the people living/working/renting on the site have been given notice to vacate ASAP before ground breaking, but in the mean time your rent is doubled!!!

You read that right, ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY MILLION DOLLARS projected budget is in the bank, and the land butts against land already owned by the Poundmaker Reserve. How fortunate. Now they own all the land they need for this project.
I find it funny that it is not being publically announced 
My friend and Client gave me the news today, he owns a business on the property. His best friend has been spear heading the development plan for 6 years.
Well maybe funny is not the word, but the word will get me a permanent vacation from here so lets stick with funny.
This has been in negotiations for nearly 6 years, but all of a sudden there is a huge windfall from somewhere, and it is a go. RIGHT NOW!!!
I must be sick, nearly vomited half a dozen times typing this.

It is being paid for by the Federal Government.
Minerals are going to be hauled to site for a man made hot spring type spa.

Send 140 million around a big circle of hands, each hand takes a few million, the last hands at the end of the line are some high end politicians getting their peice of the pie.
Sounds plausible.
