Default 6.5 PRC brass

Well was doing load development for brothers browning. Turns out it has head space issue! Wrecked 100pc of gunwerks brass trashed due to head separation. Anyone have or know where I can get some. At this point I don’t care what brand!
Thanks

Gunwerks brass is made by adg and there seems to be an issue with them and under sizing brass. Not so much of a head space issue but the brass expands at the webbing a ton and you get clickers. And then case head separations

Possibly. I full length size everything. My tikka running hot loads doesn’t do anything to them. Every round through his has a definitive ring, and it’s worse inside case. Gun is going to smith to have Go/No Go gauge ran into it.

For sure it’s a brass/sizing issue

New neck sized lapua brass.
Gun has been tested with go/no go gauges, chamber within spec. Got n is headed to browning now, thinking it’s alignment issue (lines show up on same side of case every time).

Going to say no it isn’t.
I have 300 and 6.5 Prc reamers and have spun up quite a few barrels with them. And have never had brass that looked like this.
Only issue is if you run them hard you will get some clickers.
I also have the new “Aw2” reamers in both 6.5 and 300prc
Done a few in these as well. I haven’t seen that much difference.
And it looks like the OP has a factory chamber. Looks like there are issues with that. I have seen some unbelievable crappy factory “chamber “ jobs.
No idea how they can get things that screwed up

I have to agree, it is a rifle problem not a brass problem, especially since your Tikka does not exibit brass doing the same thing.

Seems like a lot of people are having the same problems with Chamber issues

It's not just the 6.5 PRC.
Lately at our range we have seen issues with various brands of factory ammo and factory rifles not chambering , and there is no pattern to it except for three three types of ammo - 270Win, 308 Win, and 6.5 Creedmoor.
The rifles were Savages and Tikkas.
