I like to BBQ my walleye I catch from Pembina, or get from Manitoba.

This was my first time trying Walleye, they were great, yea BBQ Walleye sounds great as well.

Don't forget to cut the cheeks out. They are little boneless nugget's of love! I get 1 pound bags of Lake Winnipeg Cheeks every fall! They are so good!!

i harvested a rainbow trout at bellis lake this winter that had tiny black spots that looked like pepper when i filleted it. took it to fish and game office and the biologist told me it was a parasite (name too complicated to remember) but was still safe for human consumption.
this pic. might have been taken after pepper was sprinkled on in prep. for cooking. looks tasty.

Walleye is the best
I have a couple cabins on a remote Walleye/Pike lake. The only way in is Fly or ATV (16km one way). Love that place, and very few people go there (It's a bit of a challenge, lol)

I like them dipped in egg, then rolled in Cornflake crumbs with a little spice. Fried untill golden brown in a bit of oil. Yummy.
