Im looking to get out nextweekend camping. Want to get an eye to keep and have my boat tied up close enough no one will loot it
Any idea of such a place closer to edmonton within and hour or two?
We were thinking pigeon but we really want to have a walleye breakfast.

As you can see on the map ,red dot on the north end ,may be called buck creek campground ,its the only launch for large boats and has a few nice campingstalls on water front ,so you will need to get there early to get one.
Those stalls are out in the open and have no trees.
Some nicer stalls have trees and the center of the campground is open like an overflow area.
This is not a water sking lake but more of a fishing lake .
Self server campground ,warden does come in the evening for stall payment if not made in the box
What week end are you going.

I dont suppose you can give some directions to this site eh? All thats comming up is calhoun bay park, or buck lake national park.
Honestly that looks perfect for what were looking for
