Maybe another bullet or powder-your rifle may not like the Interlocks. 180gr Accubonds are my medicine with RL22 out of my Sako m75ss 300WM.

How did any factory ammo shoot?

200 grain NAB's work for my brother, mine does decent with 180's.

Just gotta put in the time and play with a few different mixes, I might try 168 TTSX's next to try and tighten things up.

I went through several loads/Bullets before I found what worked in my 300 Win Mag
Model 695. First of all get rid of the Interlocks. Cheap bullets isn't necassary way to go. I had Interlocks flying all over the place. And too hot of load wasn't workin either. What I ended up with is 180Gr. Nosler Partition or Berger VLD 185Gr.with 75Gr. of Hodgson H4831SC. Took some experimenting to get there but it shots great and long. I now have it dialed right in and know where my gun is shooting at all distances.
Hard to comprehend the difference between the loads/bullets until you go through it.
Be patient, let the gun do the work. Good Luck!!
