I don't understand this. I'm 42 with no criminal record.....never been caught for anything I've done. I'm a good guy and on paper even better.
If I ran across the street and knocked a guy out and was then convicted of assault what would be the chances of me getting an absolute discharge 2 yrs later.
I would probably smile at the outcome if I was him to......probably more of a "smirk" though.
He either has really deep pockets or something is not known to us IMO.
