Hunting in WMU 138

Morning All,

Have any of you done rifle hunting in WMU 138?

I've been wanting to try out a new WMU for a while now, and this one is pretty close to where I live now, how is the zone for white tail and/or mule deer and what is it like to get permission down there?

Is there a lot of crown land or is it all privately owned?

Any good spots or anything that any of you could recommend to a young hunter?
