How i fly fish Lake Whitefish

This is how I fish lake Whitefish

On my floating fly reel I have 10ft fluorocarbon 8# small swivel 4ft to hook

I will use a indicator or not

Cast ahead of school rising

Then bring hook through school striping in

I use a faster retrieve if it’s clear water and I see one chase

Blood worm type hooks/nymphs

I like mornings till 11am but can catch all day

With the soft mouths then the fight it can be exhilarating

And if you get a runner it’s a wow factor

Lake Whitefish is a fly anglers go to fish
