That wood duck or one just like it won competitons for me in Canada and US a couple years ago. PROBLEM
I was moving it a couple years back and dropped it so keel, bottom board and neck broke. neck was easy repair hardly shows but I would rather give it away and pay shipping (which well packed wil be about $25.) than spend hours sizing cutting bottom board epoxy fitting rekeeling and balancing the bottom board so it floats like a real duck. Someone needs to donate $125. to Stollery and it is on the way. Cat has first right of refusal.

Well that settles it, if it is Signed by the White Whiskered Ghost, I would love to have it sitting on my gun safe. Thanks Rob!

I was going tom re-barrel the mauser, but then traded it back to my buddy a few years back - still got the barrel however.
The 308 came with another rifle that I eventually sold....

In the spirit of the direction the thread has taken I want to modify & improve my service call Pay it Forward. I am offering a total of 3 service calls. The two new ones I want to add have a small caveat: I would like to help out people of humble means with these 2 new service calls; be it an elderly widow, your kind neighbor, a single mom, old uncle George, etc. Basically any of you can also claim this for a person, community organization or charity you may know, not just for yourselves. If any parts are required I have to charge for them; but the reasonable profit margin on said parts is donated to the Childrens Hospital fund. The same goes for any parts markup on the other unencumbered service call; though that one can even be claimed by someone with an 8000 sq ft mansion with a 4 car garage. Each call can be up to 2 hours.

Good question. Say 25 minutes from Killearney in Calgary. Airdrie to Okotoks-ish. These would be on evenings or weekends as I have to earn a living too .

We have huge momentum guys, I hope we keep it rolling.
I just got A GREAT donation of $300.00 to the Stollery Fund, and have been asked by the Corporate Donator to offer a challenge for other Business Owners to match or beat theirs!
That is a gracious and wonderful offering, thanks so much!

When you claim something guys, make sure you claim it in a reply, and send a PM to the person that offered it.
We will lose track quickly if we dont do both.
Anyone want to pick a date to end the PIF? I was thinking 7-14 days.
