Hodgdon publishes loads for the 139 grain bullet. This will be lots close enough, closer than quickload will be without exact measurements for case capacity, and adjustment for Chronoed load to adjust burn rate. Start at the published min of 51 grains and work up. If you take a look you will notice the 145 grain bullet uses the same min and max loads and the book max on 150 grain is only one grain less at 54 vs 55 for the other two. H100V produces excellent velocity at relatively lower pressures than many other powders listed for the same cartridges.
