Default Lake Newell any good?

Hi folks,
I'm headed off to Lake Newell tomorrow, and was wondering if any of you guys have had experience. What kind of fish are there? Any good spots? What type of bait/lures to use? I appreciate any suggestions or tips!

Thank you very much!

Was there yesterday, only managed 4 decent pike, we were fishing pretty much between the campground and the island! Switching between spoons both 5 diamonds and red devils, to white jigs with red tops and the jigs seemed to be the money for us!
