First rod in my hand was when I was 2, which is 15 years ago. Catching sea perch off of my grand dads dock on shrimp. It's been 10 years since I first picked up a fly rod, and I fly fish exclusively. But every now and then trips to the island are accompanied with a spinning rod, split shot and a shrimp tail or head! It's always a blast.

Caught my first fish...cutthroat near Cadomin when I was a youngster. Dad said the place is fished out but we could try for fun. Caught one on my first ever cast. Hooked for ever after.
