Default Coal Report

I hit up Coal for two hrs today to try out the gear before a big trip up north, ice looked really good at 8"solid. I only caught one in two hrs but still a gorgroues day.

I was on the south end yesterday and ice was about the same. I walked out and was getting set up and another guy came out to ask me how thick it was. I told him and he carried on then 15 minutes later he takes his truck out onto the ice!! I was there for a couple hours and didnt catch or see a thing.

I was the in the 6 man tent.......i saw you drive the dirt trail.....it was a spectacular day ! The ice is 8" thick and I wouldnt suggest driving on it yet. Took the fish tv for spotting large pike......there is some good sized ones in there !
