wondering if anyone knows ice thickness for chestermere lake?

Haven't drilled any holes....people skating and a quad or two have been on it.
Got the studs in on the bike now I just need to get out there and chew some ice,with the bike and auger.

11 inches with tape measure near south end as of yesterday. The middle was still open last weekend, now is frozen but couldnt be very thick yet.

i was about 200 yards south of the bridge today in the middle of the lake every hole i drilled was 12-14" of clear ice.

But how was the fishin'? I caught 8 yesterday in the SE side, lost 6 more, and fed god knows how many - one almost made dinner out of my finger. They were loving the small smelts and green jig.
