Went to badger today open water, windy, no fish, no bites, all and all crappy

How much open water and in what area? I am planing on going there on Friday.

out in the center a 1/8 of the lake. Ice at north end seemed rotten. Im not sure where to fish out there exactly,but it looked like no ones been there for a while
