Does WSS calgary have the new .20 cal 32gr Z Max bullets in yet?

No and I bet they won't have some for a while. I'm sorry but you will have to stick with plain ol' V-max for now. Maybe Cabelas

Hard to find em, WSS in Edmonton only had .223 and .308 when I was in before New Year. A buddy of mine showed up with a box of .45 ACP to go with my new P220, not sure if I will try them or put them on the back shelf for when TSHTF.....

Are these going to be available as bullets, as well as loaded ammunition?

I was at P&D yesterday and they told us that they would be getting the zombie reloading components in there in the next few months.
