Maybe be careful of what you ask on a public forum. My apologies before hand if I take your request wrong, but you can't take a 22 handgun out to just plink away in the country along with your 22 rifle. Not legal. If you want one to just shoot at a handgun club then thats fine. Just a friendly heads up.

What's with the above posts????

Guy asks a question and gets this? Yikes.

No, there is no 10/22 pistol. (ETA - yes there IS a 10/22 handgun, but I don't consider it a "pistol". Not meant to be shot freehand)

Off the top of my head I can not think of a .22 rifle that takes .22 pistol magazines or vice versa.

May I ask why you are looking for this? Simplicity? Convenience?

I am sure you know that there is no magazine limit on .22 rifles, semi-auto or not, right?

Default Browning

Have the buck mark 22 rifle and an older model hand gun just have to make sure my older hand guns base plate on the mags are at a different angle . And hand gun mag won't lock into the rifle I think it has more to do with the age difference between the guns than anything else.Trying to resolve this issue so when the zombies come I will be set

ya... savings ...I want to buy a dozen or so mags and want them
to be able to be utilized in both platforms. unfortunately I only shoot at the rifle range with my .22 guns for now. so ptttfffff! to the dude below.... I do deer hunt but with a .303 so bambi goes splattt!! would be nice to go hunting with a hand canon... but alas we live in a nanny state.... but if I can't find one that works in a .22 cal I'll settle for a pistol carbine 9mm and a 9mm hand gun.

there is one that ruger makes all it is though is a short berral and a chopped off stock more or less and theres a company in the USA that makes there own idea of a 10/22 ruger too but I dont think you can get those ones up here do to them being fully auto and some are sent up as hand guns and sub mechs too there pretter cool you can find them online if you just google fully auto 10/22s if I remember right and I must say if you have a standerd mag for all your fire arms its nice but it just dont work like that because then it would make life easy and you wouldnt have to pay $100-$250 for a rifle mag

also I cant remember if there is a restriction on how many rounds you can have in a handgun at one time but its just something else to check out
