Lots of recent posts about the bow if you do a quick search.

in my last three outings i have caught around 50 fish, 20 or so trout the rest white fish, i find the bite has been starting around 930 and going strong till 1130, 99 % of the fish i caught were on a sz 14 bead head flashback haresear nymph, usuing 12 ft leader and 2 split shots, if you not hitting bottom go with a longer leader, good luck

A few to gt you started, try bow river buggers, for nymphs the prince or pheasant tail in small sizes. Flip some rocks and see what's underneath for nymphs and try to match.
