Draw prioritys...may be a dumb question

Hey guys, I'm just wondering how the prioritys work. On Alberta relm it tells me I am currently priority 3 for my bull moose. Does that mean I'm priority 3 and drawn as priority 4 or drawn as priority 3

If it has you listed as a priority 3 now, then you would be drawn as a priority 3, if you were drawn.

Only becomes a 4 if unsucessful in this years drawing....

If sucessful in this years drawing, drops down to a 0 for next year. If unsucessful next year, then in July of 2013, becomes a 1, and so on, and so on.....

Wrong.

I drew mulies last year, got a couple. I now show as priority 0 (yeah, I know I would have gone back to 0 even if I hadn't gotten any. I was just bragging. LOL). For this year's draw I will be priority 0, not 1.

Stop drumming.

And the next thing that will likely happen is that someone will be complaining that there is a problem with the system, because everyone with a P4 was drawn, and they weren't. The simple truth is that the person was actually only a P3.
