Did you try the contact info from here?

Call Lands for the new contact info if this is out of date.

Regulatory Conditions of Recreational Access:
Under sections 9(3) and 9(4) of the Recreational Access Regulation, recreational users must:
not litter;
have direct control of any animal brought onto the agricultural disposition land;
not park vehicles so that they block an approach to land;
not enter or use any building or improvement on the disposition;
not cause any damage to the agricultural disposition land or the property of the disposition holder;
leave gates and other property as they were found;

the recreational purpose, proposed date, time and duration of access, and location.
In the event of a dispute, the onus is on the person wishing to gain access to prove that the requirements above have been complied with.
It is an offence under the Recreational Access Regulation to access the land without following any contact requirements or conditions of access listed above. Violators may be prosecuted.

Specific Access Conditions for this Disposition:
By Local Settlement Officer Order a total of 6 hunters will be allowed on the lease on a daily basis.

Leaseholder Conditions as Approved by the Minister:
No access if livestock in field.
Horseback riding allowed.
No camping permitted.
No fires permitted.
No motorized vehicles allowed.
Please contact between Monday and Friday.
Please contact 5 days before accessing lease.
For hunter access, please call after July 1 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, weekdays, to be advised of the date and time to attend the ranch headquarters for hunter registration.
Hunter access will be allocated to registered hunters on a first come first served basis.

The public land within the OH Ranch is now a Heritage Rangeland. Presently, some areas require compliance with an access management plan, other areas are accessible without contact.

These public lands will still be managed under the existing Access management regulations. The new owners can apply for further restrictions. Lets make sure the Calgary Stampede recognizes hunting as an integral component of the Ranching and Rodeo heritage.
