What do you mean by "illegal"? It seems pretty legal to me. Even had soldiers and government officials around.

The one thought that hit me upon watching was "We should definitely leave these people alone!" Those guys are never going to be "developed" or "democratized" by us. Don't try to drill for oil, sell them anything, etc. Whack them if they whack us, but that's it.

Dont really know what you're getting at....i just found the clip kind of interesting thats all. They do state in the clip that the guns are being manufactured legally, but sold illegally....
