Kinda off topic...

Anyone out down the Jackfish Lake rd west of Rocky on the long weeked??

Was stopped three times... by the same 2 cops.

Forth time they came into my camp. I think they liked me.

Almost to the point of harrassment, and I got sick of seeing his uneducated face, and left him standing with his poor little Aux cop, who looked like his pants were too small, and his coat 2 sizes too big..

What a joke these two were...A total control freak from Rocky... who new less about guns, hunting , and what you can and cant do when random camping... than my 15 yr old son.

Quite the experience..

Winters coming and they won't want to get cold when doing the traffic stops. Gotta make up for the next 5 months of lost revenue.

ahhh, i don't know about that, just go drive out there for yourself, just about 80% out there on the roads think it's highly uncool to be going LESS than
115km/hr..to me people going over 112km/hr AND under 98km/hr are quite/very, annoying WHEN weather permits!

Cruise control at 120 kph is the line...........when road conditions are perfect. Anymore than that, accept the fact that you rolled the dice and got busted. At least it's live and in person so it might have some effect rather than a present in the mail

Nope, you'll get a $130-ish ticket at that speed..not worth the demerits..anything over 111km/hr & your just begging for insurance prems to go up.

Your leaving alot up to the cops mood that day at anything over 111km/hr, found in my highway travels, 116km/hr/&up =their stopping zone. I got nailed for doing 117km/hr years ago for coming down a steep hill, that was absurd ticket to me to have to lose 3 demerits for basically not braking down the hill,as i was just coasting from the 100 limit.
