Disposition of access to land
49(1) No person shall directly or indirectly buy or sell, trade or
barter or offer to buy or sell access to any land for the purpose of
hunting any big game or any fur-bearing animals on any land.
(2) No person shall directly or indirectly buy or sell, trade or barter
or offer to buy or sell access to any land for the purpose of hunting
any game bird except as provided in subsection (3).
(3) No person shall directly or indirectly buy or sell, trade or barter
or offer to buy or sell access to any land for the purpose of hunting
upland game birds
(a) on privately owned land unless the person holds a licence
issued to the person for that purpose pursuant to this Act
and except in accordance with the regulations, or
(b) on public land that is not privately owned land.


The ad is an offer to buy and so the law has been broken already.

LOL...a person could likely make a decent living just reporting admitted law breakers on here...F&W has made a few busts from posts on here.

I would think, it would be pretty hard to get a conviction from a post. I understand that they can trace your IP address. But without a picture or video, i'm gonna guess it would be hard to prove who actually made the post. JMO

the post alone is just a starting point. i hope a fish cop is already on it, as this guy ties his own noose, and coming up with proof, and even going further would be no trouble at all.
