Default Savage 11 lady hunter!
Has any ladies had experience with this gun yet? I am looking for a new hunting rifle and my bf just showed me this one!! I have never even heard of it before!! I am as excited as a kid I'm the candy store...might want to go purchase it soon...

I was thinking 308 (it's what I hunted with last year) or 7mm08 -never shot one before but someone says I might like it

My wife also looked at that model,but she found that she was not comfortable with how the gun fit her. She also tried most other youth models. She ended up with a Browning Micro Midas, fits her well and she shoots it well.

We bought mom one for Christmas. It is a 308. She always looked really awkward holding her old 270, but looks just like an old pro when she shoulders this one. She says it feel really nice and overall fit and finish is really nice.
