Default First Bow

Hi All

Well I am now into archery. I will be picking up my new bow tomorrow, a PSE Stinger 3G. I did not end up buying the RTH package (as they didn't have any), but it's a 60# bow with an upgraded sight and rest compared to the package. It felt the best of any in the price range I was looking for, I am a happy man. It was a toss up between a Diamond Outlaw and the Stinger but the draw felt better to me on the Stinger.

I am so stoked to get practicing. After trying several bows I think I have found some new muscles in my shoulders. I'm guessing that it will take some time to strengthen those muscles. I have to say that the guys I talked to at WSS in Calgary were very good and very patient with my questions. I am not a real impulsive buyer, so I usually research the shoot out of something before I buy it.

Thanks for everyone posting questions and answers here, I learned a lot.

The only rehab for an addiction to compound bows is a Traditional Bow - enjoy your new bow
