that man was a representation of everything that is great about alberta. he must just hate what is going on right now. so long ralph...and thank you for doing what you did.

Watched the service on the tube. Was not going to watch it but got caught up in all the good speakers. I guess I never realized how much Ralph was liked and respected across Canada. I also never realized how much he liked fishing so I hope you are at your favorite fishing hole Ralph.

He was liked very much by all political types. Cretien was at the service today, and Roy Romanow was one of the speakers. By all counts he was a good man.

The olympic torch atop of the Calgary Tower was ablaze during the memorial. That was nice to see!

Thanks for posting those pictures.

I grew up in Calgary during the Klein years. He meant a lot to me, a leader I could get behind and look up too.
