Well Canuck fans shouldn't view it as 2 games down. They should look at it as 2 more games and they can burn their city to ground!!

The Canucks don't suck, the coach does. Anybody that would put the Sedins out in the last minute of play against a group like that, with a one goal lead should have their head examined.
Luongo will get the blame again. A 2 on 1 in overtime should never happen but if it does the D man is responsible for the pass, the goalie is to concentrate on the shooter.

The canucks need to make changes , but there hands are tied, worse than anyone. They can only buy out one outrageous contract. ..luigi's perhaps. ....but they are still a cap team that needs to drop 9million to make cap next year. All their dmen make over 5million, and worse of all ...the t wins have a restricted trade clause, that must see them packaged together in a trade.
What team is gonna take the sister twins at 16ish million a year, and have stink in the playoffs like they do.
Love it they are done in four.

Wait, I'm confused:
aren't the sharks usually the first round disappointments? Don't canucks lose later on?

This version of the Canucks have always ben quitters.

Team needs to be dismantled, kind of like Calgary needed to be about 5 years ago. Coach will go, hopefully Gillis too but I can't see them replacing both of them regardless of how badly it needs to be done. Buy out either Ballard or Booth (my money is on Ballard, but that's mostly because AV doesn't like him - so if AV is gone, who knows?). They will deal Luongo, just not get as much for him as they would have liked.
You need to check your numbers though, Sedins cap hit/salary is 12 mil-ish for the 2 of them, not 16. Keep them, but they need to be relegated to a second line status and the team needs to develop/build a new first line. Raymond won't be back, Alberts won't be back unless he signs on the cheap, Roy likely won't be resigned - at least not for no $4 mil. Malhotra will be coming off the books, and I predict Lapierre will resign for about the same $1 mil he's making now.
It'll take a few years to rebuild, hopefully they start now and don't wait too long like the Flames. Next year I believe is the last on the Sedin's contracts and then they're likely to just pack up their families and move home to Sweden.

I was a Canucks fan since 1970 but after losing to the Bruins and then out in 5 last year I quitPresident cup champs fer crisake!.The Sedins won`t separate(they have a no trade clause) and Luongo has a 64 million dollar contract to buy out.
I have to say, after 40 years of being just about there...........it was nice to see them swept.
As far as I`m concerned they can drop the whole lot of them in the ocean.
I would way rather see Vancouver get a Major league baseball team.
Oh yeah,GO LEAFS!!!!

How about those Leafs tonight. Didn't think they had it in them to tie it up against Boston.
Washington needs to find another gear in game 7
