Default How's Fishing At Rock Island

Any body been fishing at Rock Island lately, heading up there tomorrow for a few days.

We were at Calling on the weekend and met an older couple that were camping at Rock island.Fishing was very slow at Rock they said, but that can change in a hurry.You can always hit Calling, which was slow but steady.Managed a few nice picture fish along with some for supper.Good luck

should add it has been slow at N Wab last two outings...the wind dint help. but early last week was great fishing, the weather has been pretty unstable in this area lately, and is settling down. think there will be good days coming!

I hit up sandy lake near south wabasca the weekend before last, fishing was great once the wind died down.
