Great rams guys!!! Congrats. Can't wait for it to open in the south. Although I could almost care less to see a ram. I just want to get out of cell service and breath fresh air.

Awesome Ram Ruger! Agree with you on importance of Boots. They are number 1 on my gear list for the mountains.

Was taught by a good friend and veteran of sheep hunting on the do's and don'ts and he would not take me out my first time years ago with out good mountain boots. Now me and my feet thank him everystep we take in the mountains. Best advice I ever recieved mountain hunting, don't skimp on boots.

just got in from the opener .. seen lots of sheep and got in on 5 leagal rams .. unfortunately some one else had seen them too and put the smack down on the bigger of the 5 ... my hunting partener (the wifey) was pretty bummed out watching someone else get lucky on what would have been her first ram .. so congrats to you two gentlemen if your on here on a beautiful heavey ram and would like to see some pics ..
Now to get some rest for a day or two and head in for the southern opener for 11 days should be a gooder ..

Just curious if there were 5 legal rams did the other 4 completely blow out of there after the big one was down or were they just not the caliber of ram your wife was after?
