2013 draw summary report

Am I missing the 2013 Draw summary report? Can't find it anywhere. I can access the 2012 and earlier. This is information that in my opinion should be available prior to hunting season starting.

Why is the information important now?

If the revised the numbers up or down does it affect what you will do (ie. not hunt?).

I seem to think it doesn't come out 'til the winter sometime. Previous year draw info is available prior to the next years' draw...which is all I really care about.

Last year it was published on Sept 5. Not sure why it takes so long being that everything is computer generated. I like looking at it now just to see if the tag numbers have increased or decreased in the areas I hunt.

I get curious just so I know how many tags were issued in the areas that I hunt.
