The ice at Ghost is good. 16" black ice in all the places I drilled.

was on Gregg last friday - 6 inch of solid good ice with about 3 inches of crappy white on top. Knee deep snow. bite was slow.
Jarvis on Saturday - same type of ice but maybe only 5 inches of solid ice, 3 inches of white ice. skunked and frozen stiff; the girlfriend was not impressed

Default PCR today

Was at PCR with the kids today…Gate is closed at boat launch had to do it the old fashioned way and walk…. Ice was quite thin at the launch I can see why it was closed….fished just south of where the dock would be and we were able to catch a lot of ice … tried to keep it but it was too warm and it all melted, oh… and no fish…. 20-22" of ice
