2014 - regulations and draw book release date? & a couple of draw questions

So as many know, I am a new guy around here and will be heading out hunting for the first time this year come open season....

Getting so itchy now its incredible...but it still seems so far away...

Was curious when does the 2014 regulations book and draw booklet come out, and when can you start entering your draws?

Also...when you put your name into a draw, do you have to select the WMU as well, or is the winner of the draw tag able to use it Alberta wide?

Also, is one allowed to purchase a general tag for EACH series? IE: Purchase a general WT tag for 300 series and also a general WT tag for the 400series and thus, a general tag for elk in each series?

Do yourself, and everyone else a favour and read the 2013 regulations over and over, carefully.... Almost all of your questions will be answered.

2014 Draws usually come out in early May, 2014 Regs in the summer.
ALL new changes from the 2013 season will be published in the 2014 Draw booklet.

Yes you MUST pick a zone or series if you want to be drawn, if not and you want to up priority enter 999

One general tag can be purchased within a certain classification, there is a table in the regs

As a first time hunter, read the regulations, and draw booklet a few times, and then if you are still in doubt, ask for clarification.
