Sept nafa
With the next auction coming fast, when should we expect to get confirmation of our furs and their gradings? Thought I would have heard by now!

I just took 214 rats and 7 beavers in today. Told them to hold the rats for the Feb sale and sell the beavers to anyone that will take them whenever lol Got room to start putting some bait in the freezer now. I think all I have for this Sept sale will be the left over beaver that did not sell last couple auctions. It would be nice to get them sold but I am not holding my breath. Good luck to anyone with fur in this sale.

It's the same as all sales. You should know a couple days before the sale. three or four days before or depending on how many furs there are to grade.

I see that and for some reason I have 8 muskrats in there that I don't know how they got there. The good part is that 7 of the 8 are all I* so they will be top dollar. I also havve one weasel and 7 beavs. I sent in 214 more rats and another 7 or 8 beaver last week for the Feb sale. I hope rats and coyotes hold as good as they have been

Means it is the skin that they put a label on to show the buyers what kind of fur they are buying (showing them that skin to let them know the quality of the lot)

Ya not bad for 12 & 14 year old kids first year of trapping, they put up 274 rats. With some supervision from dad and grandpa of course, but they did the majority of the work! All the skinning and fleshing.
