Default Permanent ground blinds

How many of you have built your own permanent ground blinds? Do you leave it out there all year or pick it up after the season? Do you build some kind of base so it is off the ground a bit? Anyone have some designs they would like to share? Thinking of building one soon.

I contemplated doing one on a old boat trailer or simlar. To be towed in by quad or truck and left for season. Four quality slider windows and comfy chair like a lazyboy on a swivel sitting on carpetted floor. Maybe large enough to sleep overnite in.
The biggest thing is heat, propane heater i imagine in some form that wont kill ya. Maybe a small wood stove properly vented to outdoors ( like the size of a 20lb propane bottle ) that uses short wood or briquets.
Could even have a small frypan then and have grill cheese or hot soup or hot bevarages.
Comfort is key to hours served.
There are no extra points for being a tuff guy freezing to death waiting for a deer to appear. Unless thats who your trying to impress.

I build basic ground blinds then bring my own chair and camo. The blinds are built of natural material from the area in the off season

Built this last year. R12 insulated steel panels. Hot pink shag rug and sliding windows. Its 8x6 enough room for 3 guys with packs and rifles and a 20lb propane bottle and buddy heater. Almost feels like cheating on the cold days.

if on private land a permanent blind is fantastic. especially if you plan to spend a lot of time watching or filming. i used to take my young cousins because they could stay warm, have snacks, or play games. insulate well with carpet to dampen noise helps
