Esrd
Has anyone ever had any luck with them responding to a concern?
I have tried contacting them twice by email and once by post with a major (I think) privacy concern that affects many hunters, and no response. It's been 7 months!
Does anyone have a direct contact within ESRD that they have had some luck with?

Depends on your concern as to who to contact.
Always use email rather then call.
Pm on the way.

Or make an appointment and explain the issue to your MLA. It's their job to chase down stuff like that for you, and some of them are very good at it.
Some, (like mine) - not so good.

The thought cropped my mind, but I didn't think I'd have to go that high for a concern.

Agreed they are the regulating bodies regarding information privacy is concern within all the provincial government. Department have their own privacy officer but not effective and knowledgeable than the privacy commissioner.
