Default takedown rifles.

I am looking for a take down, or breakdown rifle, sutiable for deer, preference for a repeater, capable of 250m scoped, or irons too, two hundred. Prefer ammo ready aviabile,
Missed out on an easy pig and red stag this last time back in New Zealand, and the time before (March) had a big 14 point red roaring like mad, 300m from were I was trout fishing. Want sum thing I can throw under the seat, so less than 750mm long.

What is about, ?

I know of the Winchester trails end 30-30, and browning BLR, any one got either, and how repeatable is the BLR for Zero.
Rifle may need to be called into action very quickly, also prefer a carbine, or short barrel.
I know savage made sum levers and believe the Winchester had a pump take down. Think the sauer 202 can be broken down quickly as well.
so need to be lightish, break down, small enough to fit a small trout fishing pack, 40 L, and fit under a SUV seat.
Not looking for a single shot at this stage.

If anyone has a tidy take down, or a smaller cal double, send a PM.
The rules are a bit different in NZ and you can hunt on crown land 365 days a year, and no tags are required, Just a permit (free) to carry a firearm.

I believe the Blaser R8 would work for what you want to do.
