Default ice thicknes slave lake

has anyone been to the narrows at slave lake?

is it safe to bring a quad out there?

Open water 20 yards from shore last week at canyon so you might be better off to bring a boat than a quad!

Usually count on Christmas or so to get out on Slave.

Was out at Canyon yesterday, what little ice they had was broke up. Probably going to be a late freeze up this year.

thanks for the info. I'm just dying to get out there. hopefully it gets cold soon, even with this little cold next week it doesn't sound like there will be enough
