Default Jr. partner on a resident line.

Hey folks!
I'm heading away on vacation for 2 weeks just aftrr Christmas and am wondering if I can have a friend of mine check my Resident trap line while I'm gone. Is this even allowed? I really don't want to take down and rehang 150 snares. The friend in mind is NOT certified as a resident trapper

Landowners can't either.

150 snares? That seems like a lot of snares to manage for someone that didn't set them. What happens when it snows a foot? A helper isn't going to re set all those snares either.

Just close the noose and reset when you get back. You don't have to take them right down if you won't catch anything. A snare without the noose is just a length of cable.
