Default Nice day on the river

Took a few guys out Wednesday for what could possibly be our last trip on the river this year. Caught a few sturgeon, lots of walleye, some sauger and a nice pike.
The highlight was one of the guys caught his first fish (a small walleye) and then followed up 15 minutes later with this beauty that pushed just over 8lbs! Great day!

That's awesome. Even late, you can learn to love fishing! Great for the first timer, i'm sure he'll never forget it. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers
